Seeking forward-thinking service line leader as the next Director of Behavioral Health in Nebraska!

Methodist Fremont Health has partnered with B.E. Smith in the search for a Director of Behavioral Health. This Director will be responsible for the oversight and direction of the inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health service line, to ensure program sustainability and growth. The Director will establish an environment of teamwork among the staff and set goals to improve physician recruitment and retention. 

Qualified candidates for the Director of Behavioral Health position will come with three-plus years of experience working with mental health patients. Methodist Fremont Health is also looking for someone with knowledge of Joint Commission preparedness and regulatory accreditation to ensure the department is in compliance with these standards. A BSN, RN license, and supervisory experience are required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
