Seeking high-performing executive to serve as Chief Financial Officer in stunning Osceola, Wisconsin, an outdoors paradise

Osceola Medical Center in Wisconsin has retained B.E. Smith in their search for a Chief Financial Officer. This executive is the driving force behind financial growth for Osceola Medical Center and communicates their progress to the Board and other executive leaders. He or she will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance processes: revenue cycle, accurate reporting, budgeting, contract negotiation, profit and loss analysis, forecasting, returns on investment, and succession planning. The medical center’s goals for the CFO include establishing a vision and plan for the hospital’s financial future, spearheading EMR integrations, timely completion of a rural health clinic, and achieving a stron rapport with the hospital Board.

For this position, Osceola Medical Center is seeking a high-performing, results-drive, creative, and transparent leader. This executive must have prior experience leading an EMR implementation. The job requires seven or more years as a finance leader in a healthcare setting. Experience working in a critical access hospital is ideal.
