Vassar Brothers Medical Center (VMBC) is in search of a new Director of Case Management. This Director will provide operational oversight for team members and processes of the department, leading both nurses and social services workers within Case and Utilization Management. This position offers the opportunity to build a gold standard Case Management model, establish best practices, and standardize workflow. The Director will develop an operational model focused on HIM collaboration, managing denials, discharge planning, and payer knowledge.

The ideal candidate for the Director of Case Management position will have solid case management experience with a proven track record of success in achieving key metrics. A BSN is required, while a Master’s degree is preferred.
