Newly created leadership role as Director of Imaging with Vassar Brothers Medical Center, a member of HealthQuest, located in Poughkeepsie, New York

Vassar Brothers Medical Center (VBMC) has enlisted B.E. Smith in their search for a Director of Imaging, a new position for this facility. The Director will provide overall leadership and guidance for Imaging Services throughout VBMC, including oversight of approximately 200 FTEs. Key areas of focus include reviewing and revamping protocols, providing stable leadership and expertise to frontline staff, and partnering with physicians, especially within CT scan, MRI, and Interventional Radiology services. 

This position offers the opportunity to develop and mentor managers and establish strong teams. The ideal candidate must have experience in a hospital setting with a minimum of 5-6 years of clinical and supervisory experience. A bachelor’s degree and a New York license are required.
