Lead Managed Care operations as Vice President over a health system in Kentucky!

Baptist Health recently retained B.E. Smith Senior Executive Search services to identify top candidates for the role of Vice President of Managed Care. The VP implements strategies for achieving successful contract negotiations and enhancing payer relations.

This executive is responsible for overseeing analytics related to the development of new and innovative products, and focuses on standardizing payer contracting efforts on all fronts. 

The role calls for prior experience as a system-wide leader, since the VP will provide direction to managed care staff at nine hospitals and a number of other Baptist Health facilities. Master’s degree is also required.
