Following three successful placements since 2017, B.E. Smith begins search for Director of Care Management for two Adventist Health hospitals

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley Medical Center and Adventist Health Howard Memorial Hospital entrusted B.E. Smith to recruit a new Director of Care Management to provide leadership and oversight to care coordination at both facilities.

The Director serves as the subject matter expert regarding changes in Medicare regulations, while also building relationships with key stakeholders and preparing for future advancement through succession planning and staff development.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates come from a nursing background (RN).
• Brings well-rounded experience in case management, discharge planning, social services, care coordination and utilization management.
