Strategically lead Women’s and Children’s Services as Director with Bryan Health – an award-winning health system in Lincoln, Nebraska

Bryan Health, located in Lincoln, Nebraska, is partnering with B.E. Smith Executive Search Services in the recruitment of a Director of Women’s and Children’s. The Director has operational responsibility for Women’s and Children’s services at Bryan Medical Center East Campus, averaging approximately 3,480 deliveries in 2017. Areas of oversight include Labor & Delivery, Mother Baby, NICU, Float Pool and Pediatric units. Key goals include mentoring and developing team members, establishing trust and credibility throughout the units and serving as a resource to continue a smooth EPIC transition.

Bryan Health is seeking an individual with a strong L&D clinical background and at least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience. A Master’s degree in Nursing is required for this position.
