CentraCare Health chooses experienced, patient-focused leader to serve as Vice President of Ambulatory Care.
B.E. Smith presented leader Diane Buschena-Brenna to CentraCare Health for the Vice President of Ambulatory Care role, where she exhibited a dedication to patient health and a deep understanding of the business and financial aspects of healthcare. Previously serving as CentraCare’s Senior Director of Emergency Services, Diane had built a reputation as a strong leader and assumed her new role on April 22.
Co-leading the Ambulatory Division with the Physician Vice President, Diane is accountable for aligning the delivery of care that advances the organization’s triple aim. A collaborative and inclusive leader, Diane is able to see the big picture, as well as understand the daily details and bring a “why” behind the “what.” Additionally, her great rapport and shared accomplishments with physician leaders throughout her career underscore her ability to succeed and thrive in a dyad partnership.
