This position provides strategic, visionary leadership for nursing practice and patient care functions and services for the 396-bed academic medical center and Level I Trauma Center. The Vice President partners with the leadership team to develop a direction for the organization, evaluate performance and quality outcomes and assist in the Pathways to Excellence recertification. 

The organization is seeking a transformational, passionate, seasoned CNO with system-level and academic medical center experience. A Master’s degree is required for this position.
