Long Island hospital community to welcome new executive leader as B.E. Smith searches for Good Sam’s next President

Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, located in West Islip, New York, reached out to B.E. Smith’s Senior Executive Search team to recruit the hospital’s incoming President. 

The President connects closely with physicians to align organizational goals and strengthens engagement and culture among employees. This leader will be the driving force behind Good Sam’s strategic initiatives, operational improvements and business affairs.

As a member of Catholic Health Services of Long Island, Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center has requested the ideal candidate be of Catholic faith with an exceptional background as CEO, COO or VP of Operations in a similar healthcare setting. The position calls for skills in strategy planning and facility coordination.
