Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC), located in Jamestown, North Dakota, is partnering with B.E. Smith Executive Search Services to identify a new Director of Surgical Services. The Director will oversee 3 ORs, an Endo Suite, PACU, and all Pre/Post-Op. Primary objectives include furthering staff development, improving turnover times, moving up cut times, and creating efficiency in the OR through enhanced block time utilization.

JRMC is seeking a seasoned leader with a strong surgical services background. A BSN is required, with a Master’s being preferred.
