Lead Case Management Operations as Director for Kingman Regional Medical Center in Arizona

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Case Management Director to direct activities to control the cost of high-risk and high-cost populations. This leader will interface with physicians, nurses, social workers, medical records, administration, outside agencies and other hospital departments to affect changes in the management of cases for the improvement in quality of care and/or the efficiency with which the hospital resources are utilized.

The Director will develop, implement, and manage the budget, as well as customer service and financial indicators set for the Case Management department. Additionally, they will provide concurrent and retrospective reviews to insurance companies for authorization of services.

Qualifications

  • RN and bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. 
  • Current Arizona RN license required. 
  • Five years clinical experience, to include a combination of three years Utilization Management and Managed Care experience, including Case Management. 
  • Requires experience in evaluation techniques, teaching, hospital operations, and medical staff relations with a minimum of five years managerial experience.
