Midwest health provider, McDonough District Hospital, recently retained B.E. Smith Senior Executive Search services to identify candidates for vacant role as Chief Executive Officer.
McDonough leaders anticipate the Chief Executive Officer should have familiarity with serving small communities and explore new ways to connect with the Macomb, Illinois public. This leader will tackle organizational challenges including turnover, retention, accreditation, outsourcing and insurance contracting.
The CEO drives success and engagement during a time when McDonough District Hospital experiences immense growth. The hospital added a 15-bed psychiatric facility in 2015, plans a three-floor renovation to the Emergency Department and broke ground on a new Women’s Center in June 2018.
