The Senior DON will provide leadership, direction, and administration of home care nursing operations. This leader will work to ensure competitive quality and compliance scores and maintain delivery of quality care.
Nathan Adelson is seeking a seasoned leader with experience fostering a positive learning environment and developing highly engaged teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of progressive nursing leadership experience, as well as prior experience in a Hospice setting. BSN required, MSN preferred.
