West Holt Medical Services has retained B.E. Smith in their search for a Chief Nursing Officer. The chosen candidate will drive operations for the critical access hospital, located in Atkinson, Nebraska. Oversee patient care quality, safety, care management, budgeting and compliance for the 17-bed facility. With two dozen team members under their helm, the Chief Nursing Officer will step into a collaborative environment backed by dedicated professionals.

The Chief Nursing Officer will Institute an outcomes-driven strategy for clinical care while influencing a number of specialties, including: inpatient nursing, emergency care, pharmacy, social services, surgery and outpatient ambulatory care.

West Holt seeks someone with a positive attitude who values accountability and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have more than three years of experience in nurse leadership and a Master’s degree in nursing. Leadership experience in both inpatient and ambulatory care is preferred.
