William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital Enlists B.E. Smith to Recruit Director of Perioperative Services

Lead Perioperative Services of two facilities in Dallas as they prepare for 2020 merger.

The Director of Perioperative Services is responsible for the daily operations of two facilities, William P Clements Jr. University Hospital and Zale Lipshy University Hospital. These two separate locations, which encompass a total of 37 ORs, will merge under one roof in 2020 with an additional six ORs. This leader will work to drive effective communication between the two sites and ultimately help with the cultural transition during the impending merger. 

The ideal candidate will bring experience working in an academic setting and overseeing a large number of ORs, with all the staffing and efficiency challenges that come with it. 

A BSN and Master’s degree are required, as well as a current State of Texas RN License.
