Anne Neubauer, Senior Consultant & Vice President Physician and Leadership Solutions – Executive Search

Anne’s executive search experience spans over twenty-five years and continues to focus on senior physician/scientist leadership recruitment within academic medicine, not-for-profit biological sciences research institutes, and the biopharmaceutical industry. As an executive search leader at AMN Healthcare, Anne co-leads and oversees all aspects of executive search and is an integral component of the EPLS practice.

Prior to joining AMN Healthcare (formerly Phillips DiPisa & Associates), Anne held positions of increasing responsibility at leading international executive search firms where she specialized in the physician/scientist leadership domain.

Additionally, Anne has over a decade of experience as an independent consultant, providing candidate development and counsel services for the life science sector of major executive search firms across the US and Europe.

Anne earned her baccalaureate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and remains active in continuing education. She is a member of Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA), American Association of University Women (AAUW) and actively participates in 21st century leadership proficiency and education endeavors. She is certified in relevant search fields including diversity, equity and inclusion and is the recipient of multiple achievement awards including the AMN President’s Forum Award for outstanding service to the Executive Physician / Scientist Leadership Practice.
