Service Rewards
The primary focus of B.E. Smith’s interim leaders is supporting our partner healthcare organizations. Typically, interim leaders provide support for around 6 to 8 months. However, in some cases organizations require extended support. When engagements extend beyond a year, we reward those interim leaders with monthly service reward of $1,500!
Candidate Referral Rewards
B.E. Smith is always seeking experienced healthcare executives to join our team of interim leaders. We are honored when interim leaders refer their colleagues and friends to join us.
