B.E. Smith, a division of AMN Healthcare, is pleased to announce the return of Julie Dieter as a Senior Consultant on the Executive & Physician Leadership Solutions team. Julie previously served as a Director with B.E. Smith from 2017–2019 and brings more than 20 years of experience building high-impact leadership teams across healthcare and life sciences.
Her career spans large health systems, academic medical centers, emerging biotechs, and established pharmaceutical and med tech companies. She has led recruiting teams at Syneos Health / Taylor Strategy Partners and contributed individually at boutique retained search firms. Julie specializes in Commercial and Physician Leadership, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development/Operations, with placements ranging from director-level through the C-suite.

Julie is based in Columbus, Ohio, where she enjoys traveling and seeing live music with her husband, Jeff, and spending time with their children and dogs.
