Mick Ruel brings 20 years of executive search experience including clinical, management and senior leadership roles. Mr. Ruel offers his clients an extensive network of executive contacts, as well as innovative processes to identify leadership skills that meet a client’s needs and unique circumstances. He has assisted clients nationwide in the selection of leaders ranging from mid-level to executive management and received awards for excellence in recruiting practices. His practice includes work with Board Search Committees in CEO search and selection.
Before joining AMN Healthcare, Mr. Ruel managed a national executive search practice with a human resource consulting firm exclusive to healthcare. Mr. Ruel was a member of the executive search team specializing in positions from the director to the C-level executives.
Mr. Ruel’s diverse recruitment experience gives him the ability to work effectively on a broad range of positions uniquely suited to healthcare organizations. All C-Suite, strategic, physician leadership, professional services, information technology and finance related searches would be specific areas of expertise for Mr. Ruel. His understanding of healthcare organizations and understanding their specific needs has been a cornerstone for his success.
Mr. Ruel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Albion College in Michigan.
