In this role, Russell oversees the entire search process and manages both client and candidate relationships. Prior to joining AMN Healthcare, Russell spent 18 years in talent acquisition functions at Providence, the 3rd largest non-profit healthcare system in the US. He established and built the internal executive search function at Providence and led the team for 11 years, embedding best practices for candidate quality, internal mobility, and succession planning.
