Passionate about shaping the future of leadership, Tessa ensures strategies anticipate market shifts and advance client success.
Building on this leadership, Tessa brings more than 25 years of experience in organizational transformation, talent strategy, and competency-based learning across healthcare and professional services. Her career includes serving as Vice President at the Korn Ferry Institute, where she led global research initiatives, developed leadership and change-readiness models, and authored thought leadership on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness. She also teaches brand strategy and workplace culture as an Instructor for Harvard Professional Development Programs.
Earlier in her career, Tessa held executive roles including President & CEO of Empathetics and Chief Operating Officer at Quality Interactions, scaling nationwide training programs for healthcare professionals. She holds a PhD in Health Professions Education from Simmons University, an MPH from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a BS in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
