As a Consultant at AMN Leadership Solutions, Heather Van Hecke brings more than a decade of progressive recruitment experience within search firms, specializing in sourcing executives and physician leaders. In her current role, Mrs. Van Hecke identifies c-suite executive professionals for leading healthcare organizations through innovative sourcing strategies and networking activities. She has recruited for c-suite and VP level positions (clinical and non-clinical) for health systems, independent hospitals, medical groups, independent physician organizations, non-profits, health plans and academic medical centers.
Prior to joining AMN, Mrs. Van Hecke served as an Associate Consultant at a healthcare executive search firm and as a Recruiting Manager at one of the largest specialized staffing agencies. Through this experience, she has had the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with her candidates.
Mrs. Van Hecke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
