Hisham Siddiqi serves as a Consultant in the Executive and Physician Leadership Search (EPLS) Practice of AMN Leadership Solutions, a Division of AMN Healthcare.
Hisham joined AMN Healthcare in the summer of 2021, bringing with him a passion towards healthcare, seen in his dedication to finding the best leaders to shape the future of the industry. He supports the candidate identification and development process for searches on behalf of hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and other healthcare organizations. Prior to joining AMN, Hisham worked with Witt Kieffer, a global executive search firm, having supported the research strategy and candidate identification on behalf of hospitals/health systems, while specializing in long-term care and managed care organizations, in search for: chief executive officers, chief financial officers, chief medical officers, medical directors, and other executive and physician/clinical leaders.
Outside of supporting healthcare organizations through executive search, Hisham has spent time studying and working in the data science industry, aiding in the development and implementation of various artificial intelligence software in improving the customer service of various healthcare organizations and fortune 500 companies.
Hisham earned his B.S. in Business Administration and M.S. in Data Science from Elmhurst University.
