Amy is an Executive Recruiter with 14 years of successful experience in full-cycle healthcare recruitment. She is dedicated to finding and placing top-tier Directors and C-Suite-level candidates for leading U.S. healthcare organizations.
Amy began her career in Executive Search with a boutique recruiting firm where she worked for 12 years. It was in this role that she began sourcing candidates to fill open positions, developing client and candidate relationships, and building a strong networking foundation.
As an expert relationship builder, Amy understands the value of combining communication, transparency, and integrity to make a positive impact not only on people’s individual lives, but on healthcare. Utilizing a discovery approach to recruiting, Amy enjoys researching and learning to create unique plans and strategies to successfully execute each search. She finds it especially rewarding to help professionals discover personal fulfillment in their life and their career goals.
When not recruiting, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons in the Atlanta area. She also enjoys volunteering in her community, traveling, and the creative arts.
Amy received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Marketing and her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from the American College in Atlanta, Georgia.
