Lauren Johnson is a seasoned Director of Executive Search. She has been part of AMN’s Executive Recruitment division since 2014, leveraging her healthcare expertise to support clients in securing top leadership talent. Valuing building and maintaining long lasting relationships, Lauren serves as a collaborative partner in helping to achieve goals for all parties.
Lauren is dedicated to understanding the cultures and communities of her clients, as well as the personalities and skill sets of candidates. Driven to help organizations find the perfect match in addition to helping place a candidate in a “dream job” or next-step opportunity, she enjoys working with people and high-touch personal interactions.
Lauren has worked in a wide variety of specialty areas within Healthcare both clinical and non- clinical positions, ranging from Manager to VP and C-suite roles. Her professional history includes placements within small critical access hospitals up to large systems and multi- billion-dollar organizations, with scopes encompassing not-for-profit, for-profit, Magnet, Academic, and Community settings.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Education and Communications from the University of Oregon.
