Under the BESt and Brightest rewards program, interim leaders earn rewards in three ways.
The primary focus of B.E. Smith’s interim leaders is supporting our partner healthcare organizations. Typically, interim leaders provide support for around 6 to 8 months. However, in some cases organizations require extended support. When engagements extend beyond a year, we reward those interim leaders with a bonus or equivalent PTO.
