A Virginia Hospital is seeking their new Interim Patient Safety Consultant! 

The Position

• The Interim Patient Safety Consultant is responsible for the oversight of implemented risk and safety protocols and procedures throughout the facility. 
• The Interim Patient Safety Consultant will ensure survey readiness by working in compliance with health and safety improvement principles and will implement improvements as necessary. 
• Seeking an open-minded leader who is willing to collaborate with staff and fellow leadership to guarantee mutual respect, communication, and transparency throughout different departments. 
• Must bring considerable knowledge pertaining to safety science and experience, as well as high reliability principles. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active RN license is required.

• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
