Searching for an Executive Leader for a Denver area hospital as the Interim Vice President of Pediatric Mental Health!

The Position

  • The VP of Pediatric Mental Health oversees operational efficiency, provider management and leadership development for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services.
  • Will oversee approximately 500 FTEs.
  • Build positive physician relationships and ensure department operations are running smoothly, while working to get the leadership team back on track.
  • Bring stability, assess the department, provide recommendations on department structure.
  • Inpatient will be a focus initially. Volume has increased and they are challenged by the increase and the high level of care needed with the children. 
  • Academic experience preferred.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree, Master’s preferred.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
