The Position

  • The Interim Director of Behavioral Health will oversee growth within a 34-bed unit.
  • Focus on developing a risk mitigation plan and a standard process to accept patients into the department. 
  • Help stabilize the team by putting best practices into place, as well as supporting growth by working with the stakeholders and understanding the relationships with other hospitals. 
  • Seeking a expert in nursing practice to help with standards and education on the unit. 

Requirements

  • RN license required. 
  • Behavioral Health background required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
