Summary

A Georgia hospital is seeking their next Interim Manager, Burn ICU! 

The Position

  • An Interim Manager, Burn ICU, is needed to oversee the day-to-day operations throughout the 26- bed department. 
  • The Interim Manager will oversee departmental initiatives including patient safety, quality, and fall prevention while ensuring that local, state, and federal compliance regulations are being followed. 
  • Key responsibilities will include managing recruitment and retention, team development, patient flow, and supporting frontline staff with clinical issues.
  • Seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in ICU leadership and experience in optimizing departmental KPIs. This leader must be someone who can effectively mentor staff while encouraging collaboration and driving stability throughout the department. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred. 
  • Active RN license is required. 
  • Healthcare experience is required.
