A Mid-Atlantic region healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Med Surg/Oncology Nurse Manager!

The Position

  • The Interim Med Surg/Oncology Nurse Manager will be responsible for the 24-hour oversight of day-to-day nursing operations throughout the department.
  • The Interim Nurse Manager will work to develop and implement programs to efficiently measure, monitor, and improve the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction throughout the department.
  • The Interim Nurse Manager will collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate updates regarding patient care, treatments and results.
  • This leader will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal nursing practice regulations.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 


  • BSN degree is required; MSN is strongly preferred. 
  • ACLS certification is required. 
  • BLS certification is required. 

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $160,000 - $165,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
