The Position

• The Interim CFO will be responsible for the high-level oversight and operations of the budgeting, finance, and revenue cycle department.
• This leader will be expected to work with senior leadership team to identify operational efficiencies and growth opportunities to increase revenue.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong, visible leader and capable of stabilizing the department. They must be collaborative, hands-on with hospital operations experience required.

Requirements 

• Master’s degree required; MBA, CPA preferred.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
