Summary
A Boston Hospital is searching for an Interim Service Line Manager for Neurosurgery to join their team
The Position
- The Interim Service Line Manager for Neurosurgery will be responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of 7-bed OR unit within a Level I Trauma Center.
- Reporting to the Interim Director and a dotted line to the Vice President, this leader will oversee a team of 30 FTEs.
- This leader will be expected to manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to teambuilding initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be technically strong and proven. They will be visible and interactive leaders. Must be capable of building relationships quickly, mentor and develop staff.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active RN required.
