The Position
  • The Nursing Director for Perioperative Services oversees clinical leaders and nurse practitioners within the 16-OR surgical service line
  • Operations and clinical outcomes of the Center for Preoperative Excellence, Preoperative Holding and Post Anesthesia Care Unit are the responsibility of this leader
  • Reporting to the CNO, the Nursing Director ensures the department delivers excellent patient care and meets expectations of the Magnet hospital journey
  • BSN and a Master’s degree are required, in addition to five or more years as a perioperative leader
  • Massachusetts RN license necessary
