Interim Director of Med/Surg needed in Northeastern Hospital

The Position 

• The Interim Director of Med/Surg will oversee the day to day operations of the department.
• Focusing on reviewing current practices and making necessary changes, while holding the team accountable .
• The Director will reduce falls, as well as review, update, and improve quality procedures.
• Put in place and ensure quality matrix are carried out.

Requirements 

• RN license required.  
• Med/Surg experience.

• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
