The Position

• The Interim Manager, Med Surg, is responsible for overseeing the Med/Surg department, and will facilitate daily operations throughout designated units.   
• The Interim Manager will implement systems while stabilizing and holding the staff accountable.
• Ideal candidate will have clinical experience and be able to be a mentor and coach to the team while being a patient and staff advocate. 
• Must be willing to start within two weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active RN license is required.

• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
