Oversight for Two Pediatric Units

The Position

  • The Interim Director of Pediatrics will provide leadership to two pediatric medical/surgical units that total 70+ beds. 
  • Assist with driving service line growth, mentor and coach department leadership and staff, maintain strong physician partnerships, and assess the department to ensure proper staffing levels and service offerings.
  • Seeking a collaborative nursing leader with pediatrics experience.
  • Active Texas or Compact RN license required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
