A New York Hospital is seeking their new Interim Compliance and Privacy Director!

The Position

• The Interim Compliance and Privacy Director will be responsible for the overall compliance regulation initiatives throughout the organization and will ensure that all departments are upholding state, local, and federal compliance regulations.  
• The Director will develop, implement, and revise policies as needed throughout the compliance program, ensuring that no illegal, unethical, or improper conduct is being practiced. 
• This leader will continuously review Standards of Conduct and collaborate with other departmental leaders to analyze and discuss any ongoing compliance issues, and will efficiently navigate through the appropriate channels to reach resolution. 
• Candidates will ideally bring extensive compliance experience, including managerial experience within a related setting.  
• Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Master’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.  

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $165,000 - $170,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
