Oversee the Access Resource Center as Interim Director of Patient Access, handling a high-volume of Primary Care and Specialty calls

The Position
  • The Interim Director of Patient Access oversees one call center servicing Primary Care and Specialty
  • Focus on team engagement and improve overall quality of calls by inspiring the 55-person team
  • Must have prior experience running a high-volume call center
  • Experience with NEC call center system is a plus

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
