Interim Director of System Quality needed within a Georgia Health System

The Position 

  • The Interim Director of System Quality will be responsible for the oversight, and day-to-day operations of the department supporting five hospitals. 
  • Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this leader will oversee a team of three direct reports and 14 FTEs. 
  • This leader will be expected to preform a SWOT analysis, identifying areas for improvement. They will ensure daily operations continue as usual, maintaining regulator readiness. 
  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in Quality/Performance Improvement within a large system, DNV experience highly preferred. Must be a collaborative leader, capable of influencing change. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 


  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. 
  • Active RN license required. 
  • Previous healthcare experience required.
