A North Carolina healthcare organization is hiring a new remote Interim Compensation Manager! 

The Position

  • The Interim Compensation Manager will be responsible for the oversight of compensation analyses, process delivery, and all compensation initiatives throughout the organization. 
  • Reporting to the Vice President of People Operations, the Interim Compensation Manager will collaborate with operational and HR leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • This leader must bring strong HR and compensation experience in addition to excellent communication, mentoring, and delivery skills. This leader must also be well-versed in local, state, and federal compliance regulations. 
  • This is a remote position with occasional travel to Greensboro, NC. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 


  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • A Minimum of seven years of HR experience is required. 
  • A minimum of five years experience of leading healthcare compensation program is required.
  • Healthcare experience is required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
