The Position

  • The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for patient care services, operations, employees and initiatives for the 25-bed critical access hospital
  • The Chief Nursing Officer will provide leadership to clinical staff in the interest of unifying nursing, executing strategic plans and driving a culture of accountability and empowerment
  • Focus on overall organizational success by providing resources for educational/professional development, creating an employee retention plan and establishing a qualified nurse management team
  • RN required; Master’s or MSN degree highly preferred
