The Position

  • The Interim Director of Utilization Review will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department across multiple locations. 
  • Reporting to the Hospital Administrator, this leader will manage a team of 13 FTEs. 
  • They are committed to broadening the range of services while streamlining processes and procedures throughout the system. Furthermore, they will focus on enhancing the accuracy of Length of Stay (LOS) metric reporting, refining uncompensated care metrics, and optimizing the efficiency of the patient review process. 
  • Ideal candidates will have experience leading operations over multiple sites and expertise in case management and utilization review. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active RN license required.
  • Previous healthcare leadership experience required.
