Seeking an Interim, Clinical Director of Professional Practice/ Magnet for a Medical Center in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada! $2500 sign on bonus!!

The Position

• The Interim Clinical Director will oversee the planning, organizing, and directing of the operations and staff of the Professional Practice groups.
• Focusing on upholding the standards of nursing practices and implements cost effective programs to ensure that the highest level of safety and quality patient care is delivered. 
• Seeking an experienced and proven successful leader within P2E and Magnet. Has previously led a designated PTAP program. 

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• DPP experience in an academic or large community hospital required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $170,000 - $190,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
