A Hospital in Oklahoma is searching for an Interim Manager of Operating Room to join their team

The Position

  • This Interim Manager of Operating Room will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 12-bed OR unit within a Level III facility.
  • Reporting to the OR Director, this leader will oversee a team of 37 FTES.
  • Working in collaboration with the unit Director, this leader will lead day-to-day operations, help department become fully staffed, and help to identify and work through issues in supply chain management.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong, visible, hands on, and collaborative leader. Must be kind and mentoring to staff. Knowledge of inventory/supply chain is a plus. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Active RN required.
  • Previous OR leadership experience required.
