The Position
  • With a key focus in systems thinking and organizational progress, bring cohesion and a fresh perspective to accounting processes as Controller
  • The Controller will be responsible for more than one billion dollars in capital management, treasury management, investments, joint ventures, assets, and evaluates inefficiencies in these areas to introduce necessary process improvements
  • Leverage professional expertise and communication skills to build relationships with executive team members and explore external partners or vendors
  • Ideal candidate will come from a healthcare background either in a large acute care facility or system-level leadership
  • Experience with board relations, strategy planning and structuring successful teams is necessary; Master’s degree or CPA (active OR inactive) are required
