Summary

A California Hospital is seeking their new Interim Manager, OBHC and CDU! 


The Position

  • The Interim Manager, OBHC and CDU, is responsible for overseeing daily operations within both the Chemical Dependency Unit and Outpatient Behavioral Health Center while managing approximately 50 FTEs.  
  • The Interim Manager will be responsible for ensuring survey readiness while monitoring daily operations to guarantee that they are aligned with local, state, and federal compliance regulations. 
  • Seeking a hands-on leader who will bring extensive behavioral health knowledge and/or experienced within an acute care setting. 
  • Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Active California RN license is required. 
  • BLS certification is required. 

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
