Join Martin Luther King Jr Community Hospital as the Director of Professional Development and Education 

The Position

• The Director of Professional Development and Education will be responsible for providing leadership of department operations and educational and professional development activities for personnel across the organization. 
• The Director will achieve a standardized competency process across the system to evaluate the learning needs of the workforce and completed career development activities. 
• Collaborate with the Department Directors and Managers in planning the on-going education of the hospital management and staff. 
• This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. 
• Seeking an experienced leader with management background in an acute hospital setting. Must have a positive communication and team relationship style.

Requirements

• Master’s required; Doctorate preferred.
