Summary

Seeking a Well-Seasoned Nursing Leader to take on the Role of the New Interim Department Manager, NICU-12 hr Nights.

The Position

• The Interim Department Manager, NICU will be responsible for managing 24-hour departments providing patient care services.
• Ensures staff provide high quality, accessible, cost effective care, and patient focused services to members across the continuum, which comply with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Extensive nursing experience in both patient care and management/leadership roles required.
• Shift is 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM
• Active CA RN license required. 
• BSN Degree Required; Master’s preferred. 
• Must be available to start within 2 weeks upon acceptance.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
